Beyond the day of travel.

Over five years, I helped expand Fly Delta so people could change a trip themselves, compare fares and start planning the next one.

Room to grow into.

The team grew from six to twenty-three and stands at eighteen today. Several designers earned multiple promotions. I hired to leave them room to grow and paired them with seniors, but taking on more responsibility also put people under strain.
